The pictures of your solutions have to be taken under your teacher's supervision. The pictures can be taken with any phone, also by you, as long as the process is supervised. Make sure all your work is clearly visible in the photos.
Please ask your supervising teacher for paper. You will need paper to write your solutions for certain problems that require handwritten answers.
Your teacher can only help with technical issues (e.g., computer problems, internet issues). They cannot provide any assistance with the exam content or answers.
Don't panic! Simply refresh the page and log back in. You can continue from where you left off. The timer continues even if you're disconnected. We review disconnections and make a decision on a case-by-case base based on duration and cause of the disconnect.
Make sure you have granted camera permissions. Try refreshing the page and allow camera access when prompted. If the issue persists, try using a different browser (Chrome recommended).
Your phone needs to record your workspace from a side angle, showing you and your screen. Position your phone so it can see your face, hands, and computer screen.
If your phone disconnects, you will see a QR code on your computer screen. Scan this QR code with your phone to reconnect and continue recording and the exam.
Don't panic! Refresh the page, log back in, and continue with your exam. You might also need to reconnect your phone by scanning the QR code again. The exam timer continues even if you're disconnected. We will review disconnections and make a decision on a case-by-case base based on duration and cause of the disconnect.
